    Come sappiamo, nel 2017 Beatrice Lorenzin, Ministro della Sanità del governo Gentiloni, varava una legge che introduceva l’obbligo per dieci vaccinazioni pediatriche, obbligo con relative sanzioni per le famiglie inadempienti.

    Nel 2017 la situazione epidemiologica delle malattie infettive e la copertura vaccinale non erano tali da destare alcuna preoccupazione, ma il Ministro, già Responsabile dei Giovani di Forza Italia e poi progressivamente scivolata a Sinistra fino al suo ingresso nel Pd, volle fortemente questa legge cui legò il suo nome.

    Da allora si parla di rivedere tale normativa.

    Giunge quindi opportuna la pubblicazione di un documento sulla possibilità e opportunità di abrogare l’obbligo vaccinale.

    Dall’analisi risulta inoltre che le conoscenze scientifiche acquisite negli ultimi anni dalla farmacovigilanza attiva, parte delle quali non disponibili nel 2017, dimostrano che gli effetti avversi dei vaccini sulla salute dei bambini non sono affatto trascurabili, soprattutto se rapportati alla rarità delle malattie infettive (rarità per lo più non dovuta ai vaccini stessi).

    Secondo vari tipi di rilevamenti, l’incidenza di gravi effetti avversi della vaccinazione è dello stesso ordine di grandezza dell’incidenza di effetti gravi delle malattie che i vaccini prevengono, o superiore.
    Ciò richiama ancora una volta il principio di precauzione, da sempre cardine della medicina, assieme alla necessità di un consenso veramente informato, cioè basato su dati reali e non su ideologie storiche.

    I dati epidemiologici sulle coperture vaccinali e sugli effetti avversi sono adeguati a sostenere l’accettazione nel nido d’infanzia e nella scuola di ogni grado dei bambini non vaccinati o parzialmente vaccinati, che attualmente non vengono accettati senza aver iniziato un iter vaccinale: una vera e propria discriminazione che non trova fondamento e giustificazione di tipo scientifico.

    A conclusione di questo documento si presentano alcune linee programmatiche e suggerimenti preliminari su come sarebbe possibile rimuovere o attenuare l’obbligo vaccinale.
    Modifiche importanti ed efficaci del regime attuale sarebbero possibili persino senza abolire la legge “Lorenzin”, anzi rispettando il suo dettato alla lettera e i suggerimenti della Corte.

    Proposte ragionevoli e soprattutto ben fondate dal punto di vista medico.
    Sarà possibile discuterne nella comunità scientifica senza che inizi il fuoco di sbarramento contro i cosiddetti no vax?

    CONTINUIAMO A FAR MATURARE LE COSCIENZE. ANALISI DEI 10 VACCINI OBBLIGATORI AI BAMBINI È stato recentemente pubblicato un documento dalla commissione medico scientifica indipendente che analizza uno per uno i dieci vaccini pediatrici previsti dalla Legge Lorenzin. Come sappiamo, nel 2017 Beatrice Lorenzin, Ministro della Sanità del governo Gentiloni, varava una legge che introduceva l’obbligo per dieci vaccinazioni pediatriche, obbligo con relative sanzioni per le famiglie inadempienti. Nel 2017 la situazione epidemiologica delle malattie infettive e la copertura vaccinale non erano tali da destare alcuna preoccupazione, ma il Ministro, già Responsabile dei Giovani di Forza Italia e poi progressivamente scivolata a Sinistra fino al suo ingresso nel Pd, volle fortemente questa legge cui legò il suo nome. Da allora si parla di rivedere tale normativa. Giunge quindi opportuna la pubblicazione di un documento sulla possibilità e opportunità di abrogare l’obbligo vaccinale. Il documento è stato realizzato dalla Commissione Medico Scientifica Indipendente (CMSi), un organismo formato per promuovere un dibattito scientifico aperto e critico sulla gestione della pandemia e sui vaccini, con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza e all'efficacia dei trattamenti. La CMSi ha espresso preoccupazioni riguardo ai vaccini a mRNA e ha chiesto indagini approfondite sulla loro sicurezza. Ha pubblicato articoli e comunicati stampa per informare il pubblico e le istituzioni sui potenziali rischi associati a questi farmaci, sostenendo la necessità di un approccio più cauto e basato su evidenze. Il documento ora pubblicato, a firma del professor Alberto Donzelli, del professor Paolo Bellavite e del dottor Serravalle, riporta le ragioni scientifiche e giuridiche che motivano la richiesta di una revisione della normativa sulle vaccinazioni obbligatorie. Si tratta di un lavoro “in fieri” che la Commissione Medico Scientifica indipendente mette a disposizione degli interessati (es. associazioni di cittadini, autorità e operatori sanitari, politici, avvocati, educatori, giornalisti) e sul quale intende aprire un dibattito pubblico. In questo lavoro sono ridiscussi, uno per volta, i 10 vaccini menzionati nella legge 119/2017, evidenziando la loro incapacità di tutelare veramente gli interessi della collettività nell’attuale quadro epidemiologico. In altre parole, si prospetta il fatto che, ad una rigorosa considerazione basata sulle prove, l’obbligo vaccinale istituito nel 2017 non abbia affatto quel grado di necessità e urgenza che era stato attribuito allora.
