The Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 may alter children’s immune response to other viruses and bacteria. The clinical implications were not studied, but the results could be that mRNA vaccine could increase children’s susceptibility to other viruses. The study team sought to study the heterologous and specific immunological effects of the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine in children. They conducted a study based on the samples of 29 children ranging in age from 5 to 11 years of age, both before and after a second jab with BNT162b2. The samples were analyzed right before the second jab and 28 days after. Another eight children’s samples were analyzed six months post-vaccination with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Represented by corresponding author Dr. Andres Noe with Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI), the finding raises considerable concerns about the effects of this mRNA vaccine on children, namely the children’s cytokine responses against viruses are altered by mRNA vaccination. Such an impact could offer harm given these are signaling molecules playing a key role in regulating the immune response to infections, such as viral infections. The very molecular signaling that children require to coordinate the immune system’s efforts to eliminate an invading virus may be disrupted by the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine six months after receiving the second dose. We cannot be certain; however, only more study would help determine. But this study raises an alarm. This is yet another bombshell finding from Australia’s Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
