5. DNA Ladder Assay: This method detects fragmented DNA patterns during apoptosis using gel electrophoresis.

6. Flow Cytometry-Based Apoptosis Assays: Flow cytometry techniques analyze multiple apoptotic markers simultaneously, allowing researchers to distinguish between live, apoptotic, and necrotic cells.
