From Welcome to Belonging – Our Story
Durham Community Support Group began with a simple belief:
Every community member deserves to feel at home.
What started as a small network of volunteers helping families move into furnished homes has grown into a community movement that supports people as they navigate housing, education, employment, and integration into Canadian life.
Over the years, we have walked alongside countless individuals and families, learning from their journeys and building lasting partnerships that strengthen our community.
Every act of kindness, every connection made, brings us closer to a future where belonging is not just a hope—it’s a reality.
