Achieving 97–99% desalination rates, RO pure water systems rely on a precise, multi-step process. Starting with tap or groundwater, raw water first undergoes pre-treatment: quartz sand filters remove particles, activated carbon filters eliminate organic impurities, and optional softeners reduce hardness.

 

A high-pressure pump then forces water through semi-permeable RO membranes, which trap dissolved salts, heavy metals, and contaminants while allowing pure water to pass. The system’s PLC+HMI control ensures optimal pressure and flow, while automatic membrane flushing prevents scaling and maintains efficiency. Post-purification, pure water is stored in tanks, with a conductivity meter continuously monitoring quality (≤10μs/cm).
