The correct installation and commissioning of the deep well pump is crucial to ensure its efficient and stable operation. The following are the installation steps:
Preparation: First, the installation site needs to be carefully measured to ensure that the well diameter is suitable for the outside diameter of the selected pump model and that there is sufficient clearance for future maintenance work. At the same time, it should be confirmed that the power supply meets the requirements of the deep well pump motor, and prepare the corresponding cable and control protection system.
Check the deep well pump and accessories: before installation, carefully check whether the pump body, motor, pump and other parts of deep well pump have transportation damage, and whether all screws and valves are firm. Detect whether the rotating part of the pump is flexible, and there can be no blocking phenomenon.
Assemble the pump body: Assemble the pump body, motor, pump and other main components according to the instructions. Ensure that the seals at all joints are properly installed to prevent water leakage or air leakage.
Downhole installation: Use special lifting equipment to slowly put the assembled deep well pump into the well. During this process, the pump body must be kept vertical to prevent rubbing against the well wall caused by deviation.
Connect pipes and cables: Connect the outlet pipe of the deep well pump to the surface water transmission pipe, and ensure the tightness of all interfaces. At the same time, connect the cable, and install the pump starting and protection device.
