Melodie is designed in the way of a kpop singer. In her lore, it was pointed out that she is pretty serious about singing Karaoke. Despite of her cute, cat-like look, she is a strong brawlers to choose in this game. Due to this design, all elements about her, including outfits, accessories, attacks, gadgets, are all about music. When she does a normal attack, she will shoot little monster notes from the mic she holds to damage rivals.

Some will complain about how powerless Melodies attacks are, because number-wise, she only makes low damage notes which deal at maximum 1080 damage. But actually, she ranks pretty high in recent tier list. That’s because when she runs into something, there will be the little note floating around her. She can have these little notes that circle her for 3 at a time, and each of the notes will deal surprisingly about 2080 damage. Also, whenever she makes totally 4 hits (both from her and her notes), she will get a super,which allows her to dash. You can use this super to help her travel fast to her enemies to better use her 3 little notes.

• You can make her a tanky assassin: In this plan, you need to focus on your Melodie’s self-sustain to allow her to deal as much damage as possible from her powerful notes. 
• You can also make full use of her Gadgets and Star Power: Her gadget Perfect Pitch allows her to increase speed for 25% and extend her orbit for 60% wider for 5 seconds. This promises a effective range attack. Also, her star power Fast Beasts relates to increasing the speed of those notes around her. These power will both help her move faster and deal a larger damage without using her super.
