Life changes, and we get that. Maybe your schedule got crazy, or you realized our service isn’t the right fit. Either way, our refund and cancellation rules are simple and fair.

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

• Cancel More Than 48 Hours Before?

• You get a full refund—no questions asked. Money back in your account within 3 business days.

• Cancel Last Minute (Within 48 Hours)?

• We can’t give a refund (since our providers save time for you), but we’ll give you a $100 coupon for your next visit.

• Not Happy With Your Session?

• Tell us within 15 days using our feedback form. We’ll look into it and make things right.

Refunds for Memberships

Changed your mind? No problem. Here’s how refunds work:

• Monthly Membership

• Cancel anytime, and we’ll refund you for any unused sessions.

• Yearly Membership ($999 CAD)

• If you cancel within 15 days after your plan ends, we’ll refund unused months (minus $99 for each month you used).

• OR—you can get 1 extra month free instead of a refund.

Refunds for 3-Month & 6-Month Plans

Sometimes, things don’t work out. Here’s how refunds work if:

You Don’t Get an ADHD Diagnosis (or FasTreat isn’t right for you):

• 3-Month Plan ($499) → $300 refund (after $199 assessment fee).

• 6-Month Plan ($699) → $500 refund (after $199 assessment fee).

After Starting Treatment:

• Refund = Total paid minus $99/month for time used and $69 per follow-up session booked.

Important Rules for Plans

• Follow-Up Sessions must be used before your plan ends—they don’t carry over.

• Missed First Appointment? If you cancel last minute or don’t show up, you’ll need to rebook and pay a $199 fee. Want a refund? Ask within 1 month of your missed appointment.

Final Notes

We process refunds in 7-10 business days and review each case personally. Just remember:

• No refunds after 15 days from your plan’s end date.

• No refunds for sessions already used.
