In Diablo 4 Season 8 (Season of Diablo 4 Items the Construct), Blizzard introduced a revamped Battle Pass system with new mechanics and rewards. Here’s how it works:

1. Battle Pass Structure
The Battle Pass has 90 tiers (up from the previous 27 in earlier seasons).

It includes Free and Premium reward tracks.

Progress is earned by completing Seasonal Objectives, Challenges, and general gameplay.

2. Reward Tracks
Free Track: Available to all players, offering Cosmetics, Smoldering Ashes (for Season Blessings), Gold, and Materials.

Premium Track: Unlocks additional Cosmetics, Platinum, and exclusive items (requires purchase of the Premium Battle Pass or Accelerated Battle Pass).

Accelerated Battle Pass: Includes 20 tier skips and exclusive cosmetics.

3. Smoldering Ashes & Season Blessings
Smoldering Ashes are earned through the Battle Pass and can be spent on Season Blessings (temporary buffs for the season).

Blessings include boosts to XP, Gold, Obols, and buy D4 materials other rewards.
