Cosa auspica quindi il solerte consigliere? Aumento della tariffa per accedere in Area C ad almeno 10 € ( " ad almeno" ?...tanto per iniziare) per tutti i veicoli, tranne quelli di servizio. Quindi anche i possessori di automobili cosiddette ibride e quelle elettriche dovranno pagare il pedaggio. Sì, perché anche le ibride e le elettriche contribuiscono all' incremento del traffico e, ahimè, al particolato dovuto all' attrito del copertone sull' asfalto. Ohibò! Mi scusi consigliere Fedrighini, lei trascura che anche le suole delle scarpe a contatto con l' asfalto dei marciapiedi producono del particolato ed anche i copertoni delle bici.... Suvvia, ritorni nel suo studio e aggiorni il rapporto. Mi chiedo... Questi rappresentanti comunali proprio non hanno nient'altro da fare che produrre delle corbellerie?
