A pochi giorni dal disastro di Cementopoli 2.0 – serie tv low budget durata meno di un weekend – eccoci servita una nuova puntata della fiction estiva del Comune: l’assestamento di bilancio, approvato lunedì 28 luglio. 🙃 Ebbene sì, gente: ci risiamo. Ho vissuto questo rito già cinque volte da consigliere. Cinque. Garlasco, si allunga la lista di persone a cui sarà prelevato il Dna. Chiara Poggi e le ricerche sul Santuario della Bozzola di F. Q. La decisione della gip di dare la possibilità di ampliare l'elenco di nomi di chi sarà sottoposto al test. Intanto vengono acquisiti gli atti del processo per l'estorsione "a luci rosse" ai danni di un religioso del luogo di culto Le cugine di Chiara Poggi, Stefania e Paola Cappa. Gli amici di Marco Poggi. Gli investigatori che entrarono per primi nella casa di Garlasco, il medico legale. Ma non solo. Si allungherà la lista di persone a cui sarà prelevato il dna nella nuova inchiesta della procura di Pavia sull’omicidio della ragazza di 26 anni, trovata morta a casa sua il 13 agosto 2007. La decisione è della giudice Daniela Garlaschelli che ha dato la possibilità di ampliare la rosa a tutte le parti. Avvocati e consulenti stanno quindi valutando se richiedere il prelievo – che avverrà in una clinica di Milano – anche per altri. Al momento nella lista ci sono le gemelle Cappa, gli amici di Marco Poggi e Andrea Sempio – al momento, per quanto se ne sa, l’unico indagato – Roberto Freddi, Mattia Capra e Alessandro Biasibetti e infine Marco Panzarasa, amico di Chiara Poggi e Alberto Stasi, all’epoca fidanzato della vittima e – come noto – condannato in via definitiva a 16 anni per l’omicidio. La Procura di Pavia ha acquisito anche gli atti dell’inchiesta sul ricatto a luci rosse all’ex rettore del santuario della Bozzola, don Gregorio Vitali. Il religioso molto conosciuto nel territorio pavese fu vittima di un ricatto a sfondo sessuale orchestrato da due romeni, poi condannati. L’avvocato Massimo Lovati, uno dei legali di Sempio, in alcune interviste ha parlato di un possibile “segreto” scoperto da Chiara Poggi su fatti a sfondo sessuale avvenuti anni prima al santuario. Secondo l’avvocato un sicario potrebbe avere ucciso la ragazza, nella villa di via Pascoli, per impedirle di parlare. Per quel ricatto a don Vitali sono stati condannati Flavius Savu e Florin Tanasie, che al momento della condanna erano però irreperibili. E’ invece in carcere a Pavia per omicidio Cleu Stefanescu, nipote di Savu, che, scrive la Provincia pavese, ha consegnato ai suoi legali un memoriale in cui sostiene di avere saputo dallo zio di un legame fra l’omicidio di Chiara e l’inchiesta sul santuario, naturalmente tutto da verificare. Oggi è il Corriere della Sera che torna su quella storia torbida. Il santuario è legato a continue chiacchiere che c’è da capire quanto abbiano elemento di concretezza: sospetti abusi, voci di festini hot, perfino messe nere o pedofilia. Qui gli investigatori avranno un compito che può avere un doppio significato: non solo capire se davvero ci possano essere collegamenti tra queste ricostruzioni e l’omicidio di Chiara Poggi, ma anche eventualmente sgomberare il campo una volta per tutte da eventuali dubbi e dicerie, per non lasciare sospetti o ancora margini a ulteriori obiezioni. Il punto di partenza, secondo i carabinieri di Milano, sono le due ricerche che la vittima effettuò sul Santuario della Bozzola, conservate senza una apparente ragione in una pen-drive insieme ad articoli sugli abusi sessuali nella Chiesa americana. La prima ricerca risale alle 11.06 del 26 luglio, la seconda alle 15.41 del primo agosto, pochi giorni prima del delitto. In entrambi i casi aveva visualizzato e scaricato una foto del Santuario dal pc del lavoro. L’interesse di Chiara Poggi per il Santuario non è mai emerso finora né ne ha parlato Stasi o altri familiari. Per questo la Procura acquisirà gli atti del processo del 2014 sull’estorsione ai religiosi sia i messaggi audio che Paola Cappa ha inviato al suo ex agente Francesco Chiesa Soprani. In più potrebbero essere sentiti anche gli ex colleghi di lavoro di Chiara Poggi (all’epoca lavorava in un’azienda di via Savona, in centro a Milano). Un primo passaggio significativo della nuova inchiesta sul caso di Garlasco sarà il 17 giugno, quando è in programma l’incidente probatorio sui reperti rianalizzati con nuove tecniche o mai repertati. Su tutti domina un quesito posto dal gip: “L’analisi tecnica dei profili genetici estrapolati dai margini ungueali” di Chiara “ottenuti dal perito Prof. Francesco De Stefano“, che effettuò la perizia nel processo di secondo grado bis a carico di Stasi. Li dichiarò inutilizzabili per comparazioni e ora i periti dovranno verificare di nuovo “la possibilità di ritenere utilizzabili per un confronto, allo stato attuale della tecnica e della scienza” quei risultati. Il confronto con il Dna di Sempio, ma anche con “le ulteriori tracce di natura biologica rinvenute sulla scena del crimine”. E’ per questo saranno sottoposti al prelievo del Dna diverse persone tra quelle vicine alla vittima e quelle che indagarono. La questione del Dna trovato sulle unghie della ragazza uccisa è tra le lacune della prima inchiesta su cui la difesa di Stasi ha battuto spesso in questi anni. Una consulenza della Procura di Pavia attribuisce quel materiale genetico a Sempio. Se n’era già parlato nel processo d’appello bis: i margini delle unghie prelevati dal cadavere non furono analizzati con il metodo “a lavaggio”, più sensibile, e, quando lo fece il perito sette anni dopo, riuscì ad isolare un cromosoma Y, maschile, ma non un profilo completo perché i reperti erano troppo degradati. Fu anche questa la ragione di due procedimenti archiviati a carico di Sempio.
