Le sanzioni da 100 euro per l’obbligo vaccinale anti-Covid, inviate a migliaia di cittadini, sono state annullate.
Con il decreto Milleproroghe, lo Stato ha deciso di cancellare tutte le multe non ancora riscosse, chiudendo i procedimenti avviati tramite l’Agenzia delle Entrate.
Chi non aveva pagato, non dovrà più farlo.
Chi aveva già pagato, invece, non riceverà alcun rimborso.

Per anni quelle multe sono state presentate come necessarie, giuste, inevitabili.

Se una sanzione viene cancellata perché non più ritenuta legittima o opportuna, la domanda è semplice:
