• 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
• 1 of tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp of cumin
• 1 tsp of paprika
• ½ tsp of turmeric
• ½ tsp of black pepper

• 3 tbsp of mayonnaise

For the Rolls

• 3 large tortillas or thin flatbreads
• ½ cup of mozzarella cheese (better if shredded)
• 1 tbsp of butter or oil for brushing

  • Make the Shawarma Stuffing: Start by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the shredded chicken. Here are some serving tips from my side:

  • You should present them hot and fresh, right after baking, when the edges are still crisp and the filling is warm. But honestly, I like them cold, one day old. I dont what’s the point but spices hit different when its not hot. Anyways, I leave it up to you.

  • The best pairing for these would be garlic tomato sauce or spicy mayo. Don’t go for ranch, peri-peri sauce, garlic dip cause these are already included in the recipe you see.

Honestly, they work for almost anything. Party snacks, game nights, quick evening bites… or when you’re craving shawarma but don’t want to leave the house. And the best part?
