Mistakes to avoid during preparation of board exams
-
Don’t take unnecessary tension from board exams. You have enough time to prepare for board exams. If you make a good study plan, you don’t have to struggle. Tension of exams can impact negatively on your brain. This can lead to the loss of motivation and confidence, so just chill.
-
Don’t overstudy in fear of the board exam. All students fear the exams, but that doesn't mean you have to study all the time. Overstudy can lead to loneliness and depression. To overcome this, you have to study according to a study timetable. You are not a machine; you are a human. You have to do other activities also, like playing games, talking with friends, etc. These activities can refresh your mind and help you prepare for exams.
-
Self-study is very important for students. Many students go to their coaching for many hours in a day. But when it's time for them to get home, they don't study at home. Coaching cannot make you a topper unless you self-study. Self-study helps to develop the understanding of certain concepts.
-
Take a proper sleep. Many students sacrifice their sleep for exams, but this is wrong; this can negatively impact their mental health. Students need to take 8 hours of sleep daily so they can prepare themselves for exams. Otherwise, students aren't able to study properly.
Conclusion
In conclusion, if a student follows a proper strategy to prepare for board exams. He will score good marks on his exam. In order to score good marks, students have to firstly understand the syllabus.
