Perché a differenza di tanti fuffaguru, santoni del web o letterati moderni che devono per forza vendere e accedere alla categoria best seller, gli artisti operano su canoni emozionali e valori condivisi che riescono ad accomunare davvero le persone al di sopra dei soliti criteri politici. E questa non è sola e semplice ricerca di visibilità, perché una kermesse fatta di più interpreti di stili diversi che si unicorno per una performance di un giorno ha un valore maggiore di un comizio. Negli anni ’80 ringraziammo Bob Geldof che con il “Live Aid” lanciò insieme a una schiera di artisti un segnale storico per la lotta alla fame nel mondo. I problemi non sono cambiati purtroppo e si ritornerà di nuovo a Wembley. Magari con meno sfarzo e magniloquenza da anni ’80 ma con una musica che colpisce ancora e lancia i suoi segnali.
