Non mi dilungo oltremodo, salvo aggiungere che le affermazioni della deputata e dell' avvocato denunciano un sistema che se non è da ritenere malato vi sono sicuramente dei vulnus, per usare le espressioni udite, nella nostra struttura che dovrebbe sovraintendere a tutela delle fasce deboli. Ricorda l' avvocato Domenico Morace che c'è stata una sentenza di Cassazione Civile che dice che non costituisce alcun illecito, alcun atto illegittimo da parte di un giudice che deleghi l' ascolto dei testimoni non maggiorenni esclusivamente ai periti, ossia ai soli assistenti sociali e psichiatri, cosicché, conclude l' avvocato, accade che il tribunale dei minori emette la ( esiziale) sentenza senza aver mai né visto né ascoltato la versione dei minori, diversamente da quello che impone la procedura dell' ambito penale.
