🎶 ENO / ALBARN & CO. – La musica colpisce ancora 🎤✊ Se insisto a dire che la Cultura e l'Arte sono la "chiave" di lettura e riconciliazione delle parti nel mondo non è a caso. Perché a differenza di tanti fuffaguru, santoni del web o letterati moderni che devono per forza vendere e accedere alla categoria best seller, gli artisti operano su canoni emozionali e valori condivisi che riescono ad accomunare davvero le persone al di sopra dei soliti criteri politici. E questa non è sola e semplice ricerca di visibilità, perché una kermesse fatta di più interpreti di stili diversi che si unicorno per una performance di un giorno ha un valore maggiore di un comizio. Negli anni ’80 ringraziammo Bob Geldof che con il “Live Aid” lanciò insieme a una schiera di artisti un segnale storico per la lotta alla fame nel mondo. I problemi non sono cambiati purtroppo e si ritornerà di nuovo a Wembley. Magari con meno sfarzo e magniloquenza da anni ’80 ma con una musica che colpisce ancora e lancia i suoi segnali. Possiamo ritenerci fortunati che in questa metà di anni ’20 possiamo ancora contare su “gegnacci” come Brian Eno e Damon Albarn che, con la solita compostezza, occupano ora le prime pagine per un evento degno di nota. Il 17 settembre, Wembley Arena: Together For Palestine. Brian Eno e Damon Albarn guidano una lineup che mescola star globali (James Blake, Jamie xx, Bastille, Paloma Faith…) e voci palestinesi come Adnan Joubran, Faraj Suleiman e Nai Barghouti. L’obiettivo? Eno lo dice chiaro: «Gli artisti hanno sempre aiutato a denunciare le ingiustizie e a immaginare futuri migliori. Il musicista inglese già durante la promozione del nuovo progetto del collettivo Africa Express, Bahidorà, aveva inoltre espresso il desiderio di lavorare con musicisti palestinesi e israeliani: “Africa Express potrebbe andare in Palestina,” aveva detto. “Non è politica, è cultura. Vorrei andare anche in Israele per unire le persone”. Semplice e senza doppie interpretazioni. La musica non ha mai smesso di lanciare i suoi segnali nei decenni. Segnali e simboli che non si vogliono considerare forse con le dovute attenzioni e riguardi, relegando come sempre la cultura in un piano secondario. Per fortuna ci sono ancora personalità motivate e pronte e rialzare la testa oltre che il suono. La Cultura è la strada e l'arte è la sua forma più profonda e precisa per segnarne il percorso.
