Question Time: I asked Minister Gallagher how many
#vaccines are provided with an indemnity protection clause by the Australian government whereby those harmed cannot sue the company because the government has taken on the responsibility for harm done. Listen to her response.
After Question time, I had an opportunity to make further remarks on this topic. Why is the government normalising indemnities? The process removes the incentive on the manufacturer to produce a safe, high quality product since any harm is paid for by the taxpayers.
Follow the money and it leads to a patent cliff, not better health. It also explains the ongoing and seemingly frantic messaging of ‘safe and effective’ with every mention of these injections in government.
It's a shame the disinformation legislation does not cover messaging by the Government, so much
#misinformation originates there.

#vaccini vengono forniti con una clausola di protezione dell'indennità da parte del governo australiano in base alla quale chi viene danneggiato non può citare in giudizio l'azienda perché il governo si è assunto la responsabilità del danno arrecato. Ascolta la sua risposta.
Dopo il Tempo delle interrogazioni ho avuto l'opportunità di formulare ulteriori osservazioni sull'argomento. Perché il governo normalizza le indennità? Il processo elimina l’incentivo per il produttore a produrre un prodotto sicuro e di alta qualità poiché qualsiasi danno è pagato dai contribuenti.
Seguire il denaro e questo porta a una scogliera di brevetti, non a una salute migliore. Ciò spiega anche il messaggio continuo e apparentemente frenetico di “sicuro ed efficace” con ogni menzione di queste iniezioni nel governo.
È un peccato che la legislazione sulla disinformazione non copra i messaggi del governo, poiché gran parte della
#disinformazione ha origine da lì.
